To mark the 200th anniversary of Napoleon’s death, this documentary explores the complex relationship between Napoleon, culture and art. It is about the language he used to build a new imperial iconography and a new architectural style, in a reconstruction that will also allow us to reflect on the relationship between power and image meditated by art, as well as look at the regimes of the twentieth century and the world today. Jeremy Irons Attends the Premiere of Munich: The Edge of War at the BFI London Film Festival
Jeremy Irons was in attendance on Wednesday 13 October 2021, at the BFI London Film Festival, for the premiere of Munich: The Edge of War.
Jeremy plays British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, in the film, which will be released in cinemas in January 2022, before becoming available on Netflix on 21 January 2022.
